Scanner should be found if you use the search here.

You have to do some weird things to the save files ahead of time for the scanner to work (mainly rename the save folder 13493493 into "AmelieIsHot", rename data file inside of AmelieIsHot into "savedata" instead of 'data', zip that folder into AmelieIsHot.zip, rename into AmelieIsHot.sav then you can scan).

No idea who you can send the save to. I heard it was possible though.

Yes, that's the same ink item. It can randomly spawn, so you got lucky!

Although I'm not 100% sure as that is what I heard from others. I'll find out soon enough.

Just confirmed. Professor Drotor automatically took my ink artifact which I had in my inventory.

I still need to get the "papers" to complete the mission but it looks promising.
