I don't know the code for the item. It isn't that good (well I'm a Soothsayer, so maybe that's why I'm saying that haha!).

The only item you might need is the "ink" bottle, but it turns out the "ink" bottle can spawn randomly elsewhere.

Otherwise, the code for ink seems to be "inkpot".

I'm sorry, what do you mean W islands? West islands? What is a bayburn? Is that a quest item, person, location? I'm not sure what the reference is to?

I don't know how to flag quests as 'completed' via console. It probably has to be done through save file editing of which I have zero experience.

I think devs are willing to manually patch up people's saved games though if you send it to them. I never bothered.

Yes, I remember reading about this somewhere on the forum, but how exactly can you do that? I mean, is there an e-mail address or how do you contact them?

Western Islands.
Through the save game scanner I know i can buy a gladiator sword in bayburn but i don't know where it is (i know that is on that island)
