This is something of a masterstroke.

Certainly putting these pictures out adds a personal touch, and something that was a pleasant surprise. It's nice to meet the team, and it's good to see them smiling and not looking like they're going to hang themselves any minute.
If you guys are still enjoying what you do, then I think it bodes very well for the future of the series.

It also bears pointing out to the forum members that the team is really small by development standards, and that we must remember that when we demand immediate improvements to the game.

Anyway, thanks Luthier for this post. It was a nice surprise.

PS-Now, a photo of yourself would be good.

That team is not small its tiny if you should create such a post with members of lets say Call of Duty dev team it would be several pages long

damn, never happy eh?

quantity doesn't always mean quality... for example X-Plane is made by only 1 guy

Ignoring overtime:

15 people x 8 hours
= 120 hours/ day
= 600 hours/week of coding.
I can live with that quite happily.

No one knows what he does."

It is not a criticism at all. Rather, it clarifies certain things, like for example why the development of the sim took quite some time, and why we cannot expect major changes overnight.

Or: BF 3`s development team, one of the biggest in the world, (now owned by EA) have been working on BF3 for around 4 years. (So far). The budget is closely kept secret but those in the "know" estimates some where between 100 and 200 million....dollars. BF and all its spin offs have been sold in 30 million copy's.(Witch dwarf`s in comparison with Call of Duty`s 55 million copys )

So, have CoD taken a long time to develop? Are we expecting miracles, and gets them on a regular basis? Well, judge for your selfe.

Btw, i agree with u.
