OMG. You forgot something important. What about ramming? Would that be murder too? Or maybe just involuntary manslaughter? Could you live with that raaaid? I mean, pixels might have feelings in the virtual world. Maybe better and safer just to stay on the ground and taxi with Hello Kitty.

Another thought that came to me, along the Fat Tony lines; if the dogfight is over the Channel, maybe the phrase should be "He-111 Gunner is sleeping with the fishes..."
