Describe issues with BOB COD that need patch - for Oleg, Luthier

FMB issues:

- apparently unable to enter small hangars on german airfields, plane explodes
( this also happens if you select 'spawn parked' under 'Group Settings' )
- unable to spawn more than one plane group on an airfield, planes spawn at the same spot

Settings:
- no shadows
- buildings low
- trees low
- no AA
- everything else on high @ 1920x1200

in the attached mission i get ~25fps on the ground, ~20-30 in flight low over cities ( not London) and above 40 over rural land
