- Occational distant flashes and rumble on the horizon of artillery barrages at the direction of front lines.

- Moving fishing boats on the sea.

- Barking and wandering dogs around airfields.

I love the idea of fishing boats loose in the chanel, there should be more stuff lying around even for free flight.. anyone remember operation flashpoint? (the first one) mission editor on that was fantastic, I wish CLOD's was that flexible and easy.

Currently it only takes a couple of minutes to placee fishing boats in the channel and assign all the waypoint you'd like. Once the sim is finished we should be seeing a considerable amount of atmospheric missions and campaigns with triggers created by the community. I hope the work being done on the human form by the developer will eventually translate into animated ground crew activities, like engine start, refueling, rearming, etc.

Has anyone asked for smoke being effected by wind? Not only will it add to the attmosphere ( imagine landing your plane with thick black smoke from a buring hurricane drifting accross the runway ) but it would be useful for judging wind speed direction for those on bombing runs.

It'd be a big hit on frame rates I know, but in eight months time we'll have double the processing power available compaired to when the sims was release. (If you met Mr Moore in a pub you'ld have to buy him a beer, wouldn't you? )

Smoke is effected by wind.

Turn it up enough and your smoke is blowing damn near sideways
