I'm grasping at straws here. I know people are using both sticks that I have and they work perfectly fine for them but they're not working for me. Ugh.

The Steam version is the fully patched retail version there's no other.

If you buy a dvd/hard-copy, it installs Steam and the game is installed from there.

Double click on the axes your trying to assign it brings up a box for input of the control assignation, its a bit tricky at first.
