Join a squad, fly 1 hour a day, and talk to them, the higher the ammount of true-born speakers the better, but if there are some weird accents in the mix it will also improve your compreension skills.
you will be swearing like a true brit in 2 months, and having fun while doing it. that did the trick for me 3 years ago. PD: te digo mas, yo no hablava espanol de todo, y levo 2 años en uns ecuadron español y ya entiendo perfectamente español y consigo hablar mas o menos. Escrevir me va bastante mal como ves
