When I flew A-10 it would be fine for about 5 minutes, then abruptly it would ignore my control inputs and ultimately careen out-of-control into the ground. I duly reported these glitches at the SimHQ forum and subsequent patches/updates cured it all by the time it went full retail.
Agreed. I bought it pre-alpha/beta and couldn't even get all my controls set before a constant crashing to desktop. Once it was finally playable I spent a good 4-5 hours learning how to take off and another 4-5 on the weapons. After that, the game became boring so I stopped playing it. Take off, shoot at tank/truck, go back home. They promised dedicated server support and still have yet to deliver on it as well.

I keep seeing a trend from new people joining these forums to troll talking about other games. I'm assuming it's because the games they like have noone playing them?

And back on topic: The drivers do work great if you do what I said.
