I don't speak Italian, but i'll take a couple of guesses.

Manometer=pressure gauge, so 5 is probably the brake hydraylic pressure gauge.

Also, 4 (anemometro supplementare) is probably a backup airspeed indicator. In Greek anemometro=wind meter.
What kind of wind does one usually measure in an airplane? Well, the relative one to the motion of the aircraft of course-->airpseed.
If you take a good look at it, it looks quite similar to the IAS gauges found in the macchi fighters despite the photo being blurry.

Finally, 2 (manometro compressore) probably translates to compressor pressure gauge. I just don't know what kind of compressor it refers to. Could it be a manifold pressure gauge?
