For some reason, I can't attach, insert, or get into "Manage Attachments" to download pics or vids. Is it some setting I need to change, or what?

Do you mean download, or upload to 1c's site?. If you mean upload we would need to know what problem you are having. Normally the system helps you through the upload procedure.
