fraps not working

i looked at an old thread and they said change the conf file
and change screen res =0 insted of 1
it didnt work!
it just seems ever since those mods have messed around with the game there is no end of trouble for me and nothing of benefit at all!

Well, if you do STEAM file check he revert the MODed game for the last 1C patch. ;)
