Hello guys I wanted to share with you some of my videos, here they are:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ymoZwJNJCA&feature=youtu.be
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcIC4z3zQgU
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKJrCnsrDPw
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjUGROZZTJs

They are my first ones, so please excuse some of the errors like the sound problem at the end of the bf 109 with guncam vid. Please notice that all intros are made from scratch by me, and the guncams too. I wanted to combine "normal gameplay videos" with guncams, and new with old. Let me know what you think, although I'm totally aware that I am FAR FAR away from being as good as freycinet or barfly for example...

Oh and one more thing, I've done them with an Intel Celeron 430 and a GeForce GT240!!! I know, I NEED a hardware update... :/

It's good to see someone new trying their hand at movie-making. Please accept my constructive criticism..it is well intended. I like the Opening Title sequences and music selections.

Some basics:

1. NEVER manually pan with your mouse. Use TIR or various padlock options. Never manual. It is jerky and the viewer immediately thinks "Ahhh! He is moving his mouse now". It destroys immersion.

2. Remove all on-screen TEXT and icons. Avoid the Mouse-over Text when the instruments and controls are seen. It is fine to see them if you are producing an In-Game Video, but not if you are producing a Movie (Story plus cinematography plus Editing plus Soundtrack)

3. Between rendering and the youtube processing, what might be good night-time footage In-Game usually comes out Far Too Dark to enjoy.

It would be a good idea to read some of the Stickie Threads about movie-making basics and techniques. You've named two of the best movie and video makers. Their styles are entirely different...and there is plenty of room between them for others to rise to the top.

Good Luck!

Thank you for your reply :-) I think I got confused and mixed ideas. I wanted to make some sort of movie style in-game video with guncams and old effects. It actually was my intention to show altitude and other instruments, I wanted to make some kind of gameplay. I don't know what was I thinking about :( Next time I'll make "concrete idea videos" I want to make an entire video of guncams, giving the best of me to make the effects, and ANOTHER video showing the realism of the game, maybe showing all the cockpit instruments, aswell as some crash landings and damage effects. I'm going to make them day time. Again thanks for your reply :-)
