2 days ago i gave clod another try (since release), and there are a few things that confuse me a little.

1. i never can get out of my plane via parachute, no matter how often i press strg E

2. i wonder whats going on with autoprop in 109e4/b, somehow "propclock" shows decrease from the moment i spawned in ( in flight spawn) and never raises. I would expect it to go back to or near 12 o clock when getting slow or climbing but it stays at around 9 o clock. I tried turning autoprop on and off but that didnt change anything.

1. You need to jettison canopy first. I do not know if it has key assigned by default so check in controls settings. Also different planes may have different bail out procedures.
2 You need to set a key to toggle prop pitch automation and turn it off after the start then adjust your pitch so the clock indicator stops turning and after that turn it on again. Your prop governor should now work correctly.

You have to set different key to jettison (or just click on the red emergency jettison lever in the cockpit, left side, near to normal opener).
There are some aircraft, which have no emergency jettison (Spit, Hurri, Ju87, etc), you have to "open" the canopy instead of "jettison" in these types. This is true for general: before you fly with a plane, look for the original operating instructions, because the management, operation may be different in real life, it may be different in the game too. Best example, the difference between the Ju 88 and He 111 bomb-bay door. The 111 had electronic bomb-bay door, the ju88 had manual crank. In the game, if you fly with He 111, you have to push the "bombay doy opener key" once, but you have keep pushing in Ju 88 until the door open. Small difference, but may confuse the pilot, if he don't know the type, which he fly...
