Pilot Skins: can they be done in IL2 COD?

Would like to mod the pilot skins like we did in 1946, can it be done in COD?
That would include it working online and not viewed as a mod/cheat.

Yes, including repainting open parachute :mrgreen:
It can be done as mod , don't know about on-line
though to be considered cheat .
