Love the edit!
Shame 'First of the Few' was such a rubbishy fictional film. I quite liked the music though, sounded like an extended jam at a practice sesh wiv me n the boys about ten yrs ago. :)

Love the wartime propaganda! As Mitchell's son once quipped "As if he'd stand around gazing at seagulls!"
The film starred 501 Squadron, (http://spitfiresite.com/2012/01/no-501-squadron-at-colerne.html) which had recently relinquished its Hurricanes for some old, clapped out Spitfire Is.

Yeah those old wartime films are full of "Wizard prang" Stuff and suchlike, bit dated but fun.
My fave line from one fighter jock was"There I was 6,000ft,"Jerry all around me",Bloodey fan stopped","Had to step out".
Biggles type dialoge LOL.
Must addmit these old movies had great special effects models for there time.
