Sorry, if that came off as a poke no poke intended!! He loves it. He played ME 2 on PS3 and got this as well at launch and keeps saying that it blows away the previous one. I watch him play sometimes when Im not playing BF3 or Company of Heroes!! My son is 19 so hes not quite a little kid anymore. I would be playing CLoD but IM not sure if its stable enough yet, I only play multiplayer and some threads say you cant play over half hour without a crash, is that true???

Meh, I played Mass Effect 2 for a bit, heard it was good. Didn't find it all too appealing or exciting, the constantly shooting from cover the whole level gets old really fast.

I like the sci-fi, i played with 1 and 2, so i will. The 3 Demo is a constant rush, i hope the final game will be a little more RPG, and less action...

The ME series is not about fighting that much, actually. It's about the story and characters. You really have to play the whole game to really appreciate it. It's out here tomorrow and I fully plan to continue the epic that started a couple of years ago, savegames all ready, hehe.

out already??

lol i tried it for a while and must say it starts really strong and gains momentum real fast, a few of the first missions moments are memorable, but some quirks end up making it get old... ME2 just doesn't decide if it wants to go the RPG way or the 3rd person shooter way. i'm sure that's fine for many, but i got off by the time i first encountered the collectors (if i remember that right)

maybe i haven't seen the best of ME2, but keeping me interested is the game's job. i would certainly recommend it, maybe i've played too many games and i'm familiar with too many gimmicks to be easily hooked. i'll take a look at this ME3, maybe this time it will brake my personal ME1&2 experience which has been:

whoa... great... just great... hmm... what??... ok... hmm... ok... hmm... again?... ok... again... i see... ok... bye
