My problem is ? (PICTURE)

So I had to format my computer today.. Everything re installed PERFECTLY!

My guess is that the filter is not updated to keep up with the numerous changes we've had on the graphics engine thus far and this is the end result of it: old filter algorithms on new graphics algorithms = experience the 70s like a rock star of the time

It would be a fun feature for a Vietnam expansion, selectable via the loadout screen..."pilot on drugs: enable/disable" :-P
