Converse? Wrong term possibly as no conversation takes place. What really happens is that he spouts inane drivel that has no basis in reality followed by accusations that because the rest don't share his viewpoint that they're wrong, or he's special, or it's all a conspiracy by aliens. All of this is either because of illness or just because it's "fun".

Either way there is no conversation on more than one level. There is no conversation and there is no adult level.
