Can any 1 tell me if there is a way to padlock and an nme with an internal view?

What is it name d though? i cant find any thing that says padlock NME excipt "External Padlock - Enemy Aircraft F6"
the only thing that looks like it might be it is "Padlock View - Next U
and "Padlock View - Previous Y
". but nothing happens when i hit u or y.
