when you eat anything youre eating litle beings

the question:

do your stomach kill the beings and take the raw materials or on the contrary those litle beings are incorporated to your organism?

Most lifeforms can only eat other lifeforms. Some have particular abilities to extract nutrition (energy) from the sun (green plants) or from heat and/or minerals (bacteria). All other lifeforms must consume other lifeforms for their nutrition. The energy all comes from the green plants and bacteria originally though, which is taken from the environment. Thus life can feed upon itself and still grow bigger. The things you consume are broken down and metabolised into chemicals providing energy specific to you. ;)

I have mild Irritable bowel syndrom from too much junk food. So I take probiotics everyday, which has all kinds of different enzymes and bacteria crammed into a pill capsule. Alot of them end up getting "passed on" but a small bit end up becoming a part of your digestive system. I've heard it's one of the best things you can do for your digestive tract, which I can confirm. I feel so much better now that I've been taking them.
