I've just bought CloD and wanted to ask a couple of questions about pilot skins.
Anyone knows where the original textures are located or if there are any templates available?
I would like to try reskin some parts that don't feel right to me?
The Italians in particular are way off!
Also anyone knows if there is a personalisation feature like in old IL-2 present in CloD?

I have MANY versions..summer..winter..etc of original German flight suits..one piece summer conbinations..two piece winter..summer..etc..as well as flight helmets..flight goggles...nietsche and Gunther and standard flight goggles...life preservers...hats...other rare flight gear..(signal mirror)...flight watch..compass..etc..these would look wonderfull skinned on the pilots..anyone up for reskinning the figures..drop me a note..I can take high res photos of the items..which can then be manipulated to skin the figures..I did the same for the original Medal Of Honor series...they looked fabulous..I cant do the skinning..but I can supply all the right gear/equpiment..jackets..to make it look right..flight boots etc...

Thanks ingsoc84!
I have some Luftwaffe stuff myself too.
I've opened the original textures...and it's not going to be so easy.
There is a totally different approach than in old IL-2.
Now we have only one texture for each country, containing all the different selectable gear and uniforms!
The personalisation feature, unfortunately is lost!
Also I don't agree with some of the decisions made, for example the use of the Tuchrock with shirt and tie for an NCO is not usual,
(perhaps for his wedding or a formal circumstance but not for everyday duty), the fliegerblouse would have been a more obvious and proper choice.
Anyway I have fiddled a bit with the default Lufftwafe and RAF skins...
but I haven't played for a while (I've returned back to WWI) and never finished them...
I didn't do anything to the Italians because I think they are rushed, under researched and totally unacceptable! :(
