In german only, sorry, but lots of pictures in. In a nutshell, a Kondor that crash landed in a lake in Norway in 1942 is going to be restored to display condition. It is the only Kondor in existence today.

Always loved that bird, civil aviation hightech of the 30ies and a really fine looking plane. Can't wait to see her =)

Das deutsche Technikmuseum Berlin, Museum of Technology in Berlin. They already have a nice collection

The way how that fuselage is built look like so modern (and so fragile in some part !!).

Damn KT always surprising me :)

If memory serves they actually had some issues with fuselages: I think a couple 200s snapped in half?
