Getting ready to purchase the game today and I need some help with the latest "sound" mod. I noticed a couple, but was unsure the best one and where it is located on the forums.

Also, what patch revision should I be on?

Thanks Cheese...much appreciated. Is there a new sound mod coming out shortly? If so, would this be an auto download or a manual one?
