Compressed Texture Packs for IL2 COD

I'm having trouble finding the compressed texture packs made for IL2 COD. Can someone direct me?

i believe they were done by kegety himself, search kegety.

and reduced texture packs "MIGHT" not solve your issues. ive tested extensivly. and was going to release a mod for them, but i deemed them ineffectve. dont let me stop you though.
