[RES] Eagle Day (russian translated campaign)

There are some IL2 CoD campaigns made at the russian sukhoi.ru site, here's the translation of the updated (as of 05.07.2011) Eagle Day (http://www.sukhoi.ru/forum/showthread.php?t=69061) german campaign.

All the briefings and in-game messages are translated in the proper way.

- added code to check if the section leader was shot down by another aircraft, and only then make the mission fail
