The talking stone talks about trying to find his friend which crashed "somewhere in the northeast mainland", which I assume is Reha. I've flown all over Reha though, and I can't seem to find another meteorite. Can you find his friend, or should I just turn in the quest?

The meteorite is in the cave where you find K'tahu. It wounded Teana and that's why the cave is full of Teana's blood.
