Where is the Giant frog?

I have the quest, but I could not find any Frog nor anyone that had any input.

Dersu, the orc island.

You can't miss it - it jumps now and then so you can see the camera shake a little.

I thought I had come back and edited the post to say I finally realized the name of the island was not the one I thought it was. I found the frog, once I went to the correct island.

They both start with DE..., so was not paying attention.
