Search your Hard Drive for d3dx9_33.dll, then Right Click it and choose Copy then goto your KB:AP folder (same folder where kb.exe is located) and Right Click in an empty space off to the right inside the folder and choose Paste.

Tested and working fine with AA enabled. When removed from the KB:AP folder the game crashes on startup, but runs fine when the file is in the game folder.

If you need the dll file and cannot locate it for whatever reason, see attachment.

Before anyone asks, yes I had DX updated.. I always install latest Redistro + do DXWebSetup to get increment releases. The dll already existed on my HDD in System32 and SysWOW64.

So far is working for me, am playing - if it crashes on me will let you know though. Will at least give them direction to look into as to why it would be crashing.

i heard also a win7 x64 poeple have problem runing the game saying that system has some emulating programs or something like that. Did u have something like that or it just runs??

No, This is a clean install of Windows 7 - I just installed a replacement drive I had RMA'd to Hitachi a month ago. (In fact, I have only Windows + Updates, Steam, Firefox and 2 Games installed currently - nothing else.)

And update, game still crashes on me after I change GFX settings either manually or ingame. I am still tinkering to figure this out, hopefully can find a resolution :)

Also, if you remove the game.ini from both documents location as well as the game main install\data folder. The game starts without a crash even with no dx dll file. That is a bit odd to me. Almost saying it is one of the settings that gets set after the new ini is created.

(Seems I cannot change my screen resolution, if I leave it default 1024x768 it runs fine, as soon as I change it, refresh rate or try running it window mode - bam, crash)

(Tried to get Window mode to show my CP and game side by side, unfortunately I cannot change any settings or I crash!) And yes Classic Theme - trying all posiblities here.
