How to increase rage people?????

I only can see 1 skill on the tree, that is on bottom and only gives u +4 rage. I am a mage, but most of the pet skills are just useless, cuz i only can have 23 rage. Its a bug or something? or just u can only raise rage with some items? maybe its a bug?

I never head problem with rage as a mage ... i do not have any rage items, there are much more skils increasing rage in fact tough i never went for them and my rage is like 60 now

OMG. Didnt see that skill at the beginning of the tree..... dont know y... forgot the post xD.
