Default How do you get out of the labyrinth?

No wonder they called it the labyrinth. I need to back to the dragon at the beginning of the maze to collect my reward but I am stuck in this maze. I can out get out to the land of the orges but I cannot get back to the beginning of the maze. It seems that I am going in circle in the labyrinth. Is there a way to get out?

I got through it eventually by drawing my own map, but it was nowhere near as good as the one in the link.

My own map failed and I kept getting lost in the last few 'caverns'. In the end I just stumbled around 'till I got out ...

Thank goodness there's an optional shortcut to get back to the start if you want!

For what it's worth, there is this page as well :

See at the end for the shortest way through the Labyrinth.
the two maps are quite nice as well, they will be useful for the my next game

I think what he meant was that after you win the battle against the big ogre that pilot the big plane, you can go back to the maze entrance and can choose to take the short cut straight from the Murdock to the entrance of the Labyrinth and vice versa.

To use the shortcut you need to complete the quest where you kill haas incarnations.. After you turn the quest in you can just go out on the elven side, when you go into the labyrinth again you can choose to take the shortcut, then you end up in the other end of the labyrinth directly....
