Does the European version have the new rendering engine the US release is supposed to be shipping with?

To be honest, I didn't notice any difference between the Russian and European version

Came out in the UK yesterday. Got it myself and the game doesn't tend to go above 28 fps in the highest quality settings on my GTX 280
