Submitting a DirectX report

I would like to submit a Directx report to support regarding the crash I encounter while running this game, but have no clue how to obtain a Directx report. Does anyone have any ideas?

Run DXDiag.exe and save the report.
However, don't think that this can solve your problem eventually.
