problem with ostfront addon

hello my friends.
I have installed the ostfront addon to il2 sturmovik 1946 and when i choose to play for example kurland campaign for france or murmansk campaign for germany the game crashes or the pc make a noise. Does anyone know what i must do to solve the problem?
