How to lower the Graphics from 1024x768

Hi, i've bought this game 2 days ago from amazon.co.uk (half the price than steam

) and i've installed it, started playing it, i was wondering how to lower the graphics resolution because it wont change from 1024x768, any tips, btw i've got environment & textures right down
