Default Italian Markings in QM

When in QM mode the marketing on the german planes, whether flying for fighting always have Italian markings. I select Germany for the country and still Italian. Am I doing something wrong?

You're probably using a mission that uses Italian planes by default. Try playing a mission that uses German planes as default instead, should do the trick. When you change planes in the quick missions, it seems like the only thing the game changes is the plane itself, but not appropriate markings, or even sometimes AI for that matter. I've seen a disturbing amount of He-111's doing some pretty aggressive manuvers, and don't even get me started on Beaufighter's
