Bomb issue on Bf109-3B fixed?

Too many threads to check after the hotfix so please excuse if I post again the question...

Are we now able to
1.) load the bombs on the Bf109 (B)
2.) make them explode?

(In the revious patch I could manage point #1 with some tricks and point #2 was possible only in free fall trajectory (releasing bombs in upward flight), thus aiming was impossible).
