keyboard preset W and C

does anyone know what to do with these presets?

the ingame keyboard option shows the following functions: W=move forward or advance and C=spread out or swarm

i had to translate the functions for the keys w and c from the german version. so, i'm actually not sure whether i did it correctly but i guess you know what i mean.

back to the point. these presets have no effect on any kind of choosen troops. they don't spread out, they don't move if i press W. tanks and other vehicle acting in the same way if i press W or C. in fact, nothing happens by pressing theses keys. i have absolutley no idea what it's worth for having these two functions.

can anybody help?
