Texture Panel

This seems like a silly question but I have tried everything. The problem is this... I got all textures downloaded perfectly fine and working The problem is the actual Texture Panel has just disappeared and I cant get it to reappear.

I have tried rebooting my PC, closing down the editor, tried looking for maybe some shortcut key to make it reappear but I can not find it at all.

Does anyone know how I can make it reappear?

The attachment in the first post is a file that will reset your Texture Panel.
I downloaded it by accident, searching for other stuff, so I checked it out and it works. Hope it helps you.
