How do you slow down the game..the i7 980X CPU is making it play too fast.

I have a desktop with the i7 980X CPU with 12 GB of RAM and the Radeon HD 5870 Vapor-X GPU and when I run the game, the fighting sequence is too fast.

Is there anyway to slow down the fighting animation to a normal speed?
