Cryostasis game is very slow...

I just got a new system that has the GTX260 on a EVGA X58 SLI motherboard running an Intel Core i7, so my system is good for all games, but when I run Cryostasis it's very slow moving and blocks a lot. I have downloaded all the Cryostasis Patch V1.1 and the Nvidia PhysX patch, but I'm still seeing the same issues.
