I would like to second that. I have an NTSC-J Xbox, and have been dying to play this game.
I'm under the impression that flight sims in general are more popular in East and Southeast Asia than they are in the US -- at least, that's the way it seemed to me while I was in Singapore. I wouldn't be surprised if you could sell this game in Asia even without localizing the language.

I agree..
All my friends in the Clan are waiting to play BOP.. Some even bought a XBOX360 only for this game.. Can't believe this, may be the Microsoft wants to stimulate the Sony's asian market. Because the only way to play this is to buy youself a PS3
