how can you not know what sound card driver your using?
what motherboard drivers you using? did you use driver sweeper when you installed the latest video driver? if not i'd give it a try heres a link for it http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/ read the instructions that come with it and reinstall your video driver let us know how you get on

weirdest thing of all it works fine in singleplayer and multiplayer when i play by myself but as soon as i play with others it crashes.
