Hotas Setup Tips

What I would really like is a map of the buttons for the HOTAS. I like the set up but I have no idea what a few of the buttons do. Are some of them for issuing commands?

Someone posted some links to this here, although note that it is slightly wrong in that the Flaps control in Sim mode is actually L1 (at least from the demo it is).

Also, someone on another forum posted these images, which are setups 1 & 2 for sim mode only :
