The last chapter of the campaign is around Berlin.

I actually went to Berlin this summer and stood next to the damn thing,but i can't seem to find it either ingame!

look for a large airfield in berlin ( tempelhof), it's located about 2 kilometers to N-NE, at the east end of a large park ( tiergarten)... maybe that makes it slightly easier...

I don't have the game yet but those locations already existed in ww2 and the game uses modern day sattelite imagery which has been converted back to their 1940's state...

here's a panoramic picture taken from the victory column which is in the centre of tiergarten, the road that is located on the left side of the picture leads to brandenburger tor.

Pretty hard to miss. Just fly into the center of (what's left of) Berlin, hang a right down the Unter den Linden, and fly over (through?) it.

Watch out for Ritter von Greim & Hanna Reisch in that Fiesler Storch.

i played last berlin mission...think i identified B.G but cant see a truck.
it could be any of the single missions perhaps?
need more infor really....like what mission, and when does it appear.

I presume this is all a bit moot now but I got this achievement last night. It's on the very last mission. Towards the end you have to eliminate some resistence at the reightstag. The Gate is to the left of the reichtstag (looking at it from the street side) and the truck is parked to the right of the gate. It doesn't show up as a target on the HUD.
