Ok, I'm quietly alarmed here.
Can somebody just confirm that the score you get at the end of the level is meaningless, the difficulty you play on has no bearing on the score anyway and also the higher difficulties don't offer anything in the way of extra aircraft unlocks. Furthermore, the online multiplayer appears to be Dead At Launch and in order to unlock the full quota of extra planes and weapon loadouts I've got to play it in online multiplayer. This is the general understanding, right?
