All i can think of is winning some ranked Strike matches to unlock it....

I am disgusted that the b-17 doesn't feature in the campaign or single missions, and you can't even unlock it if you don't have xbl / psn

I was sure that all the planes would be available 2/3 way thru the campaign so you would get a chance to fly them all in missions. WTF.

They are in the campaign. Havent played all the single missions, so I dont know if they are in there too or not.

If they have not unlocked in campaign or single missions, it must be strike online, that would make the most sense.
