Wartime Command: Battle for Europe 1939-1945

I think it may of been a working title for what then became Theatre of War.

Other sites such as IGN have this showing:
"Theatre of War (2007)
Also known as: Theater of War [common title], Wartime Command: Battle For Europe 1939-1945 [working title]"

I did a google search and actually found a review titled Wartime Command: Battle for Europe 1939-1945. However, in it, the reviewer calls it Theatre of War instead.
The pictures shown in the review are from Theatre of War too.

But then i went looking at the pics on GameSpot and i see the models look a bit different. Also the interface is entirely different. Though these things could of been changed in the 3 years inbetween the E3 preshow and when it was eventually released.

Hopefully someone has an answer though. I deffinately wouldn't say no to another great WW2 RTS from 1c.
