There is no actual "Free Flight" mode.

You are going to have to set up a mission on training mode and just no do it.

I have a suggestion for the DEVS, for a patch or some DLC then... feel free to move this post to the relevant thread/area.


you can see this coming can't you..

"FREE FLIGHT" option please devs, it would require minimal programming to implement a free flight option, something similar to the training mode options that allow you to choose time of day, location and weather, but this would also allow you to choose an airfield to take off & land from. C'mon you know it makes sense.

All it would take is to allow enemy # to be set to 0 in the current training mode.
