Elite has the biggest HDD at 120 gigs and has taken the place of the Pro at 299, and the pro is now 249.

Don't buy the arcade(no hdd, no headset) and don't buy a used 360.

All the new ones are Jasper, which is cooler running and different Dvd drive(Phillips drive instead of Toshiba, which had a tendency to scratch discs)
